Terms of Service

The rules - short version: be reasonable, don't spam, pay your bill.

The 60-second version

Use Telegrin for finding sales leads in Telegram group chats. Don't spam, harass, impersonate, or scrape private DMs you aren't a party to. Pay your subscription on time. We'll do our best to keep the lights on and not screw you over. Either side can walk away with one billing cycle of notice.

1. The agreement

These Terms govern your use of Telegrin, a software service operated by Grinfi OU (Estonia, reg. 16654321). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account & eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older
  • You're responsible for password + 2FA security
  • The Telegram account(s) you connect must be your own or under direct authorization
  • One person, one user account. Workspaces can have many users

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Telegrin to:

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or any form of harassment
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organization
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or scams
  • Scrape, monitor, or attempt to access 1:1 direct-message conversations you aren't a party to
  • Violate any applicable law (data protection, anti-spam, consumer protection)
  • Bypass or reverse-engineer Telegrin's security, rate limits, or quota system
  • Resell or white-label the Service without an explicit partnership agreement

4. AI output

  • The AI can be wrong. Don't treat its output as infallible. You review and send.
  • You're responsible for what you send. If you send an AI suggestion without editing, that's on you.
  • AI-generated replies belong to you

5. Subscriptions & billing

  • 10-day free trial with 1000 AI-checked messages. No card required.
  • Plans billed monthly or annual (−20%) in advance
  • Auto-renew unless cancelled
  • EU consumers - 14-day cooling-off period on first purchases
  • Annual plans - pro-rata refund of unused months on cancellation, minus 10% admin fee
  • Top-ups - non-refundable once consumed, expire 12 months after purchase

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime on Starter and Growth, 99.9% on Scale (contractual SLA). Scheduled maintenance with at least 48h notice.

7. Data ownership

  • You own your data - setups, prompts, conversations, exports
  • Limited license to Telegrin to operate the Service
  • We do not train shared AI models on your data
  • On deletion, your data goes per the Privacy Policy

8. Warranties & disclaimers

Service provided "as is". We don't guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The AI will detect every lead or never produce false positives
  • Your Telegram accounts won't be flagged by Telegram (we make this less likely, can't guarantee)
  • Specific sales results

9. Liability cap

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

  • You can cancel any time from billing settings
  • We can suspend accounts for severe abuse (see §3) or chronic non-payment
  • Either side: one billing cycle of notice for any reason
  • 30 days to export data after termination

11. Governing law

Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County courts, Estonia - except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives EU consumers the right to sue in their own jurisdiction.
